The Diderot Quartet from New York have spent the last two weeks here in Snape on a chamber music residency. They specialise in period music, and having played together in various other configurations since being students decided in 2012 to come together as a quartet.

Spinning up the Polycom

We have been quiet for a few weeks… receiving audition videos from musicians in Egypt and Jordan and inviting our tutors to engage in this project.
But it finally looks like it’s all coming together!

After a week of touring the UK for Britten–Pears Programme auditions, we have arrived home just in time to pack our suitcases again for Egypt!
We’re heading off on Sunday, so this week has been full of last minute preparations, confirmations and anticipation!
